Here are a few snaps of alternate design leman russ’ for my Adeptus Mechanicus army.  I want to give the Admech a look like feels a little archaic yet still has the general imperial flavor.

I figured these old Gordon mine layers could do the trick. the current Epic edition doesn’t have rules for the gorgon mine layers only the gorgon troop transport. Unfortunately the original gorgon model is ugly as sin.

Some of the folks from the Tactical Command have custom made new gorgons based on the Forge World model. the models that I have seen are gorgeous and I would love to get my hands on a few. What I really like best about them is the size - the old model is about the size of a chimera yet it carries 10 stands - this newer model helps people understand that there vehicles are tough and carry a ton of troops.

If anyone knows who makes the fan-made [not]gorgons or where I can get some - please let me know.
