Updated Tyranid bases - I think I have everything designed up the way I want and the print order is in.

While I was at it I went ahead and added some branding to the bottom of the bases. These are slightly recessed bases so that lettering doesn’t get in the way but thinking ahead I think I might actually make plastic versions of these at some point. They are sizes and shapes that would get used often enough that it might warrant the ability to mass produce.

I’m looking forward to recreating the invasion of Gryphonne IV in 997.M41. Kris and I are planning a mini-campaign of maybe 3 or 4 games to recreate the invasion and hold out of Legio Gryphonicus.

It won’t be long and I’ll be able to make real progress on the ‘Nid army.

Since J Marcus Studios has posted photos of my Steel Legion and subsequently I’ve started showing some of the weathering effects and basing I’m doing to the models; people have asked about where to get the kits to make wheeled chimeras. Well if you want wheeled chimeras you can get them from a small Texas (and now infamous) company called Chapterhouse Studios.
