Harridans are together and magnetized! I decided to use two of my Corsec Engineering bases for these models. A while back I purchased a bunch of different bases from Corsec with the intent to mount my plethora of Forgeworld Thunderhawks. Ultimately I decided that I liked the larger 60mm flying bases for the extra stability it gave. so the smaller bases will be used for other flyers like Valkyries, Thunderbolts and HARRIDANS.
Instead of using the Corsec toppers, which I felt were too big for the model, I reached into my bag of magnet tricks and (ha) and pulled out 4x 1mm thick and 3mm wide round neodymium disks. I glued 2 disks together to get the thickness I wanted and have the attractive power to hold the model to the base. i then glued the 2 stack between the feet of the Harridan right where the flying base would normally go and Vola’
I added a couple of details shots of the magnet connections and a few of me testing the strength of the attraction by holding the models up side down and shaking.
These will do nicely.
